Yamaha Banshee 350 is proud to introduce our updated Banshee 998 exhaust system to supersede our iconic, Best-
Selling DMC Banshee 916 system. The 916 has been a sellout item and class leader for years, and the
new 998 embraces new features to stay way ahead of the competition!
The 998 system retains its proprietary 2 into 1 center mount silencer configuration, but upgraded
with our DMC “Slim Axis” Exhaust Tone that sets it apart from all others. The DMC 998 Silencer is
lighter thanks to an all-new extruded 6063 alloy shell, boasts twin works outlets, new silencer
mount and topped off with a laser etched DMC logo. DMC 998 Midpipes are also all new to facilitate
the new 998 Slim Axis silencer configuration.
“No Worries” There has been no change in the fact that all DMC equipped Banshee exhaust
systems hit harder and accelerate your Banshee faster your any other Banshee pipes you’ve ever
tried! The DMC 998 System retains all of the great attributes that vaulted the DMC 916 system to
the position of Industry Leader and performs killer on stock or modified engines.

7 UNIQUE DMC BANSHEE FEATURES

1. DMC Expansion Chambers are precision stamped using tough US sourced 18ga steel.
2. We CNC machine our exhaust spigots and utilize OEM O-rings for an exact fit.
3. DMC 998 Silencers employ T-6063 alloy extrusions, never low-cost round water pipe.
4. DMC Silencer mounts are 6061-T6 billet alloy, CNC machined and incorporate a silicone
rubber bushing to isolate engine harmonics. Some manufacturers bolt their silencers
directly to the frame with thin sheet aluminum.
5. DMC 998 Silencers are easily repacked using our full covered figure-8 pillow pack.
6. Aerospace spec Hi-Temp O-Rings positively seal the Silencer to Midpipe junction while Hi-
Temp Silicone pipe connectors seal the stinger/Midpipe junction.
7. Black coated DMC Silencers utilize Type III Mil-Spec Hard anodizing to provide superior
protection against fuel, fade, scratching, etc.
