Testimonials

Good – Overall it was a great bike to ride when I had it, had lots of fun with it ou the bush! would recommend it to anyone. I had the Yamaha Banshee for about 2 years - a 2001 model and it was fantastic, I was the only one out of my mates who rode that had a quad, but I could keep up to them easy. Great to kick out the back around gravel corners etc. Lots of fun, would reommend to anyone! The only con's I would say are because I have upgraded to a 2008 Yamaha Raptor 350 - that now has electric start and reverse (where the Banshee didn't) also the plastic plates behind where your foot sits break easily.

Excellent – very fast great fun not for the faint harted. basicaly to 175cc 2strokers lov it love it lov it. and its lite enuff for the fairly strong ppl out there to put on a trailer with out ramps by them selves. just love the feeling of the back end breaking traction every time u get the power band 350 twin 2stroke in a very lite quad, frount end poping up in 6 hitting the ground when u come off

Logic: You Can't Catch a Banshee!! – I have seen atv's copy the banshee, but will never replace it. The power of a 350 cc 2-stroke is equal to 700 cc 4 stroke except the 2stroke is much lighter and cheaper to rebuild. Nothing can replace the power of a 2 stroke it has the pwerstroke on every other stroke instead of on the 4th. The manufactures need to look at fuel injecting the 2 stroke. Braaap!!! power band and torque slightly front heavy
